is it possible to combine legacy scripts & JavaScript functionality?
Also how would one place a javascript file on the lockdown?
Same as Script:\\\Path\to\Script.cmd ?
I want to add a "button" to our lockdown where its possible to wipe an app, but i want to ask for a simple pin code first so the normal user can not wipe the app while its in use.
You can't combine them in "one script".
Even i don't think following is something you are looking for, just to keep it in mind:
If you make a package you can add multiple scriptfiles containing (seperated for each language) the code you want.
Regarding adding script to homescreen i think you are right but maybe you have to use .js for a javascript, i think .cmd is for legacy only but i could be wrong on that because never used yet.
After reading your post i had an idea about how this would be achievable,
Adding the Legacy Script into the Lockdown is totally possible but i can leverage the "Lockdown" JS to somewhat secure it with a pin without havin to integrate that directyl in the script itself, because also combining legacy and mobicontrol javascript wont work. The Pin would be contained in the lockdown html and js.
I will try this out sooner or later.
Here is some info regarding the ability to launch a Javascript file containing a MobiControl Javascript based script. You do use a .js file instead of .cmd.
