Samsung A7 (220T) - "Wipe data/factory reset" not available in Android Recovery

We are not seeing the "Wipe data/factory reset" option when initiating the Android Recovery on Samsung A7 (220T).

We have modified the Factory Reset Protection to both Enabled and Disabled.  Also, tried removing the Factory Reset Protection all together.  Each change, we confirmed the device received the latest Profile change.  

Thoughts?

As this is your first post in this forum and you are asking a very sensitive question regarding factory-reset in recovery menu,  I can't be sure if you are actually a hacker or a MobiControl Administrator.   

Though the fix I know is simple and just take seconds to configure, I still suggest you to send email directly to Soti support team at support@soti.net.  After confirming that you are actually a registered MobiControl customer, I believe they can give you an answer right away.

Undependent from Raymond's post it can be that this is something done by Samsung in the OEM (not allowing factory reset via recovery menu anymore).
We recognized the same (and got it confirmed by manufacturer) on Nokia (HMD Global) devices as well.
