Is there any method to stop enrollment process if the enrollment failed ? eg due to Firewal blocking 5494/5495 or 443 ports ?

Depending on the GUI design in your device model,  you should be able to use either soft/hardware key (home/menu/go-back, etc.) or status/notification bar to leave the device-agent page prompting the enrollment ID, and go to your device "Settings" to re-initiate a device factory-reset.

Thx.

I confirm I add access to Notification bar & setting to make a reset but I also "understood" this is maybe not possible with all Android Hardware. So the work around could be the "hardware key combo".

Rgds.

Soti should create a RESET feature in his Mobicontrol Stage. then it could be easy to scan a barcode directly from the agent to make the reset.

(if possible)

Hello Steve,

Could you confirm please what kind of devices were you referring to?

If its a Zebra device, then there is a possibility for you to use Stage Now tool from Zebra to scan the barcode to factory reset the device.

Please let us know if you have any quesitons.

You should always be able to just turn off the device and factory reset it via android recovery menu.
