So as the title said, is there any way in Mobicontrol we can check RAM usage per application?

Thanks for your post!

Detailed statistics of memory/storage of each app is not gathered by SOTI device agent.

Alternatively if you have some programming experience your best bet would be to modify some open-source memory manager app to export required data to XML/INI file for custom data collection.
