Hello,
I want to change my preference settings for remote control from plugin to web-based. When I change this setting and click save the settings don't change. Same goes for language too.
Whenever I go back to the preferences the old settings are still in place.
Ever tried to clean website cache entirely for the console or incognito mode?
Yes, I tried clearing my cache and also went into incognito mode after. Still no change.
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
Is it an on-premises or a cloud instance?
We just updated our on prem version to MobiControl Version 2025.1.0.1007.
I created a new user for myself and don't have the mentioned problems with this new user. So I assume it has something to do with the user itself.
