Dear Supporter
My server is 13.4 MobiControl and installed SOTI Assist SetupSOTIAssist-1.5.1.64.
When I try to open a remote session on my Android Device, it is showing well but
after 1 min, it is disconnected automatically regardless of what user is doing on the remote display.
and showed below message on the console.
Error : WebSocket closed Normally.
So I cannot use the remote session with HTML5 over 1min.
What is the problem?
Is this configuration issue?

Have you check the change of memory, CPU and disk space utilization level on your Mobicontrol server when your remote control session is active?

Thank you for the interesting of my environment.
I restarted my Server(MS, DS, SQL and SOTI Assi) and now SOTI remote is not turning off after 1 min.
What is related to that error and when it is happening?
For now I am not sure when the problem will happen again.

It's good to hear that your problem is now gone. I just suspected that your server might be running out of some resource(s).
Let's wait for a few days and see if your problem will come back. If so, you might need to look into the server logs to further debug the problem.
