This is in principle possible, but cannot be done easily with a few clicks in the web-console GUI.  

The feasibility and performance of the solution often varies widely with factors such as

-  GUI design of the device (i.e. dependent device brand/model, firmware version & enrollment mode)

-  Design of your normal lockdown template used

-  Application-run-control, feature-control or other related policies deployed to the devices.

etc.

Thus, my company only provides heavily customized solution to our own corporate customers.

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse and thanks Raymond for responding to the post. 

You can use Task Scheduler in the profile as well as the Lockdown profile.

In the lockdown profile you can lock your screen with your company website or either put only one file which can be accessed during the lockdown and after that you can use Task Scheduler Profile to apply lockdown according to your requirements. For example, kiosk on in the script. 

Please find attached a screenshot for reference.  

Furthermore, we have SOTI Profession Service department which is paid service and can configure custom requirements according to the customer.
