May I ask you to clarify the issue you are experiencing? 
Are you unable to see the Lockdown menu screen or are you unable to launch the Mobisys application?
Can you provide a screenshot if possible?
Had this ever worked for you?

Can you also provide the MobiControl version, device agent version, and device model?

Customer after doubles click to open lockdown, the software start but only in the background as they can see it from the task manager.

Is this the only application that is showing this behaviour or are all items in the Lockdown profile also doing this?
What is the expected behaviour of this application (is it supposed to start in the background) and what are you seeing when you are attempting to run it (are you only seeing the Lockdown screen or do you see the desktop)? Is it possible to provide screenshots or a video?

Can you also provide the MobiControl version, device agent version, and Windows OS version as that will give a bit more information to help us identify the possible causes. 

If this is a specific scenario, then I believe that opening a support case may provide more insight for investigating your issue so that we may take a look at the logs if possible.
