Hi everyone,
some customers asking me if its possible to enroll some interactive whiteboards.
Their whiteboards are running with the android 7 and android 8 os.
I thought that i could enroll them by using the android generic agent. But i had no
luck. And the generic client is end of life.
So my question is if it's somehow possible to enroll such devices?
Does anyone have experience with it?
Or is it impossible (at the moment?) to enroll interactive white boards based on android?

Im still waiting for those informations from the customer. I let you know when he send me
those informations.
Well....our customer wasnt able to get the information about the brand and model of those
devices. He said that their manufactor use some unknown mainboards. He wasn't able to
get the informations about the brand of those mainbooards...
So i guess its kinda hard to help me out....right?
You may be able to enroll the device with Android Enterprise.
Some functionality may depend on if Google Play Services is installed or if SOTI has a plug-in for the Manufacturer
(We don't, I don't recall any plug-ins for Whiteboard manufacturers).

Can you please find model number for the whiteboard from Samsung website then we can check internally for its compatibility and will inform you back.

@TJ i will try that out. totally forgot about the enterprise way
@RTMOD these are not samsung boards. they are from an unknown brand. the customer
cant give me the name of the brand cause he doesnt know it either

My bad on missing information that you do not know the model or brand of these interactive boards. Have you tried Android enterprise enrollment as suggested by @TJ Bukoski ?

I sent the info about android enterprise to my customer. He is on vacation at the moment
so it could take a while till i get results from him.
