Cause
Since devices are in Single App Mode, the set application in the foreground will not respond to a swipe up to bring up the Administrator Prompt.
Resolution
Follow these steps while the device is in Single App Mode:

Cause
Since devices are in Single App Mode, the set application in the foreground will not respond to a swipe up to bring up the Administrator Prompt.
Resolution
Follow these steps while the device is in Single App Mode:
- Press from bottom 30% of the left side of the device
- Gesture right to halfway of the screen. (try to remain within the same point on the y-axis)
- Without letting go of contact, wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Gesture Left back to the edge where you started. (try to remain within the same point on the y-axis)
- Administrator Prompt is shown
