Impact

Google accounts are often used in the registration process when creating an android enterprise which is used in the management of Google PlayStore apps on an Android Enterprise device. If all accounts associated with an enterprise would be deleted, the enterprise would be deleted as well.

With this new policy we want to inform you that Google Accounts that are used in the creation of an Android Enterprise, such that they have an Owner or Administrator role for this Enterprise are exempt from being targeted for deletion due to inactivity. This new policy update will not affect the Google Accounts used in this manner to administer android Enterprises.

It is recommended to add recovery email address to your Google Accounts used in enterprise creation as well as adding an additional Owner account to your enterprise in order to prevent losing access in case your account is lost or deleted for any reason. You can follow the instructions here.
