Renewal of Identity Provider Certificate for SOTI Connect

Renew the Identity Provider (IdP) certificate in SOTI Connect to maintain secure authentication.

SOTI Connect

1. On the SOTI Connect web console, navigate to Global Settings from the main menu.

2. Select Console Settings > Authentication Options > Manage Providers.

3. Locate the relevant Identity Provider connection. Select the three-dot menu and choose Edit.

4. From your Identity Provider portal:

a. Locate the X.509 Certificate section.

b. Select View Details.

c. Download the certificate in X.509 PEM format.

Note: Certificates must be in PEM, CER, or PFX format.

5.  In SOTI Connect, select Import Certificate within the Identity Provider window, and upload the new certificate file.

6. Select Save.
