Issue Description

Customers using SOTI Connect 2024.0 and 2024.1.0 have encountered archival failure errors when attempting to archive Rule History.

This issue persists even when the archival truncation settings in Global Settings > Archival page are set to No.

The issue is related to a bug in SOTI Connect 2024.0 and 2024.1.0

Issue Resolution

The issue has been fixed in SOTI Connect v2024.2.0. To resolve the problem upgrade to this version.
