Situation
SOTI Connect system logs show the device connecting and communicating, but ending with a "Failed to add device" message.
Environment
SOTI Connect 2.5.x and earlier.
Process Description
This is expected behavior for ZQx series printers with Link-OS v6.8.
The SOTI Connect certified device list indicates support for Link OS 6.8 was added to SOTI Connect 2024.1 and later.

Note: To enroll/manage ZQx series printers on SOTI Connect 2024.1 and earlier, you must downgrade to Link OS v6.7.
