• In APAC, Apple VPPv1 servers are exhibiting unexpected behaviour, causing VPP instability and outages. This may spread to other regions.
• Apple will not address any VPPv1 change requests at this stage. Customers must migrate to VPPv2.
• In MC v2025.1.0+, the new VPPv2 endpoints are used - Volume Purchase Program (VPP) v2 Implementation in SOTI MobiControl 2025.1
