Issue Description

Enrolling a Windows Modern device running OS 11 results in the following errors in the Event Viewer logs:

MDM ConfigurationManager: Command failure status. Configuration Source ID: (f3529572-0241-4535-a09e-073cf17894ee), Enrollment Name: (Provisioning), Provider Name: (Provisioning), Command Type: (Add: from Replace or Add), CSP URI: (./Vendor/MSFT/Provisioning/Enrollments/Windows MDM/AuthPolicy), Result: (Bad request (400).).
MDM Enroll: Failed (Bad request (400).)
MDM Enroll: Failed to receive or parse certificate response. Result: (Bad request (400).).

Environment

Windows Modern Device OS 11

Symptoms

The error may be observed while enrolling a Windows Modern Device OS 11 with a .ppkg file. 

Cause

The device or SOTI MobiControl server time may be incorrect causing failure when installing a device certificate. 

Issue Resolution

Sync the enrollment device time and the SOTI MobiControl server's time to a valid time zone, then re-run the provisioning package. This should enroll the device while making the certificate valid.
