Greetings, How can I determ what network restriction is making the install of a plugin fail? Hi, we want to create an automatism, who switch the adminmode from on to off. Like: _adminmode on / _adminmode off We want to send an intent to the mobicontrol app, with data contains the commands. My idea is like: intent:#Intent;action=net.soti.mobicontrol.xxxxx extraKeyValuePair="commandtoexecute" Or in this case, is there a way to switch the adminmode from an other app on the device? I am using the web filter to block websites on chrome. It is working fine on version 99 and 100. 101 was released today and one of my test devices updated to 101 and the web filtering seems to be allowing everything through. Will web filtering still be supported?
I am using a web filter to filter out certain websites on chrome for our enterprise managed devices. Is there a way to set a home page so when the user opens up chrome it always redirects them to the same website we want to set as our home page? currently I am able to block and allow the websites but need a way to set the homepage rather than having it to do it manually in chrome for each device
Hello, One of my projects uses Samsung tablets. I need to configure certificates with a SOTI profile. A configuration with a SOTI certificates imposes an password for screen lock. Is it possible to bypass this requirement ? For example ZEBRA bypasses this obligation. Hi cqsdfsdf I have a couple of Samsung galaxy tab tablets in our SOTI All with a diff OS version on: 7 & 8.1.0 and 11 I'm facing problems on the tablets with OS 7 & 8.1.0 even tho i'm not sure if the OS is the problem here. All tablets have the same packages/profiles installed. On the tablets with OS 7 & 8.1.0 i'm not able to swipe down to see any notifications when the tablets are in lockdown mode. Here are our lockdown settings;
We have a client which has 10 devices, 3 of which we've enrolled in MobiControl. They are enrolled into a profile which uses lockdown, these are Android Enterprise devices running Android 10 (Zebra WT6300 with RS5100 bluetooth finger scanners). The client is reporting that the pairing is much less stable on the enrolled devices, i.e. the pairing only lasts a few minutes and then needs to be paired again. Has anyone experienced something similar? And if so, did you find out what was causing this?

When remoting onto Android 11 devices (Samsung Tablets and Zebra MC930B scanners) I am unable to use my physical PC keyboard to input in text boxes. I can use my mouse to control the touch keyboard on the device but this is a pain. This function was working before our console was updated to version 15.4.3.1012 All devices are running the latest agent/plugin versions Any idea how to get this function back?

Morning - I am running V15.5 now and in preps of M365 being fully rolled out I am working on compliance policies that would restrict access to M365 if a device goes non-compliant. Now What I am trying to figure out is how to get the server to run the policy. And the reason I want the server to do it is because if you set the policy to say a device is offline for 2 days or hasnt checked in in 2 days we would want that device to go non compliant and access is then cut off. Is anyone else running into this or did I miss some easy setting?
Hello, I noticed that some servers are using a lot of memory. And the cause is always the MobiControl Management Service. This very often takes up 3-4GB of RAM. Why do some servers use little memory for the service and other servers use a lot? Thanks!
