Hello!
I need your help, is it possible after unenroll a device in SOTI Mobicontrol the system delete app "Mobicontrol" or remove "admin settings" of Mobicontrol in android post unenroll without factory reset?
Device: Zebra TC25
OS: Android 8.1
Console Version:15.2.3.1033

If you enrolled the device under Android Enterprise Device Owner (Fully Managed/ Work Managed) and you've since unenrolled it then yes you'd have to Factory Reset. This is by design and a function of Android Enterprise DO management that you'll find with any EMM platforms.
