We deployed on the C-five (Coppernic Android+ Device) a new apk via Lockdown. We have the message ''Screen overlay detected'' when we open the application. In the ''Draw over other apps'' menu, I change the Mobicontrol permission but we have still the message ''Screen overlay detected''. Do you know why ? Thanks

Hi I want to aceess a website, which ask to the browser for a certificate. For this, i want to issue a certificate for each device over our internal certificate authority. In MobiControl, if I choose "Device Certificate" in de CA Template, chrome is unable to find a certificate on the device. If i choose "User Certificate" in the CA Template, chrome is able to find the certificate. But with this option, i need to add a user to each device. The Devices are not personal, its shared between different users. Is there a way to issue a certificate with MobiControl with no assign user to the device? Or wich is the best option for this use case? We use Zebra Devices with Android 7.1.2 in Android Enterprise Mode Thank you for you information. Best regards Markus
Hello, We're planning to sell about 20 used devices. I need to factory reset them and also want them to be "gone" from my MobiControl environment completety. I'm trying to avoid the need to reset them via SD Card or ADB. The Devices are ZEBRA TC51 running Android 6.0.1 I was planning to unenroll all devices in the webconsole first but if I do that I cant send the script for factory reset anymore. The .zip-File for the Factory Reset is already on the devices. How would you guys handle such a request?

Hi, I've discovered recently that wipeapplication command is not supported by Android Enterprise. Question: I have multiple applications installed and want to clear user data for a particular app (that's why full device wipe is not an option). Maybe there are some other options? P.S. Is there a way that I can assign a TC75 physical button to launch an app? In particular my user needs to access a Push to Talk App while they are using another App which is running in full screen. At the moment they have to log out of the App they are using before they can access the Push to Talk App which is located on their lockdown screen. Thanks

The problem is, the user sometimes navigues into the settings of the device :( and change for example the wifi connection or anything else.. I would like to add a lockDown, it's enough easy ...and work fine. My problem is, I would like to get the icon on this tablet (shortCut) but i can't find it ... Hello, I've created Application Catalog rule with Enterpise apps (importing apks) set to mandatory but they are not installing automatically on devices (Zebra TC80 Lollipop AOSP) and only thing I see in log is information that mandatory app is not installed without any explanation
Hello all, I have a tablet Panasonic FZ B2 on android 6.0. Where i work we used soti mobicontrol server on version 13.3.3454 On the tablet , i have downloaded the apk => soti client on version 13.6.0 build 1257. The tablet is well enrolled into the server. I have created a profile with a lockDown -> simple html page by default I've add an icon, a name for this icon and the link as this : browser://... All work, i can add the lockdown on the tablet, unlock the lockdown and so on => perfect :) well, now the lock down is put on Landscape mode ...how i can change the orientation of the lock down ? Because, after install the lockdown is on landscape ...and i would like to change it to PORTRAIT ... thanks for all christophe
