I believe I know the answer to my question but if you dont ask... I may be inheriting some Android devices that are controlled by a different MDM provider and I would want to enrol them onto MobiControl as Android Enterprise Is there any way we can do this without wiping the devices and starting afresh?
Hello all, we used mobicontrol on version 14.4 with zebra tc75x under android 7 -> agent version > 14 enrolled android + i've try to play with the new api javascript in the lockdown but until now i can't ... I've try to display alert -> mobicontrol.message.createInfoDialog() ... On lockdown add tag <script></script> add on the body tag -> onload="displayDialog()" re start device but nothing .. Someone call tell me for example how to start with the new api in lockdown ? thanks
I'm planning on upgrading from 13.4 to the newest version of SOTI. Just in case something goes wrong, and I have to revert back to older version, I need installer for that, but I can only find link to download the new one. Can I find older versions somewhere? Our current version of SOTI is 13.4.0.4591. That, or newer version of 13.4. should do.
Agent 14.4.3 Build 1074Mobicontrol: 15.2.1.1094Device: TC700HSince the last update of the agent we are running in a few issues- random device reboots- randomly disconnecting the agent and reconnecting what forces apps to close.This behaviour causes delays in picking because of the reboots. Hello, could you please help me. I just setup on my test server file sync where I would like to copy lifeguard update to Zebra MC33 and run it with post script. Problem is that when I press file sync on device - Mobicontrol agent on scanner goes to offline/online/offline...and nothing happend (no file is copied to the sdcard folder) :-/. It isnt working automaticaly or by manual push. Thank you

Is it possible for me to disable airplane mode on my Samsung Galaxy devices enrolled through Android Enterprise? I don't see the option in my Kiosk settings. I am running Mobicontrol v 14.2.2.1170

what would be the best way to run this script and ensure once set it doesn't default back to 100? I run the scrip from the shell on one device remotely: sendinfo net.soti.action.surf BROWSERZOOMLEVEL 170 so can I setup a script to run daily or once is enough? would it ever default back to 100 or can I use a policy in surf to set, I didn't see on as of ye Thanks should I run using a "script"

Hi All, I am currently trying to configure a Spectralink Versity 9540 with an app which pushes notifications from a nursecall system to the phone. Currently the app is functioning correctly outside of lockdown mode, but when we put the phone into lockdown mode all sounds from the app are silent. As this is a critical system that is meant to notify users this is not ideal. We have tried both Native lockdown and Activity suppression, and neither will allow notification sounds to come through. The App is an .apk package we have uploaded to the phone, which could be part of the problem. It is not available on the google play store. Any help or advice would be appreciated, thank you.

I am having issues connecting to certain Samsung Devices that are at a specific Agent Version or above; First issue is that the Remote Access icon has changed on some of these from "Remote Control" to "Remote View" Agent Version 14.4.3.1074 Model SM-T515 - Has Remote Control - Allows connection Agent Version 14.4.5.1033 Model SM-T835 - Has Remote View - Does not allow connection Agent Version 14.4.4.1051 Model SM-T515 - Has Remote Control - Allows connection Agent Version 14.4.3.1074 Model SM-T835 - Has Remote View - Does not allow connection Agent Version 14.3.3.1038 Model SM-T835 - Has Remote Control - Allows connection Agent Version 14.4.1.1064 Model SM-T835 - Has Remote View - Does not allow connection All have Android Version 10 My question is why do they T835s that are at a higher Agent Version of 14.3.3.1038 (seemingly at 14.4...onwards) have "Remote View" icon which doesn't work, and how do I change it back to the "Remote Control" icon that works. I have been speaking to Soti Support but they are not sure and I need this fixing to remotely support users!
Hi I have used the .cmd method, script below, but had the off/on all in one file, this worked fine turning off and back on the WIFI, Bluetooth but when I tried with mobile data I received a log entry Script command is not supported by device (setmobiledata) so the setmobiledata 0 does not seem to work.
