    Android - Set WiFi and static IP addresses

    Hi, Is it possible with android to script a way to set a WiFi SSID and then also static IP addresses instead of DHCP?  I made the changes with watchsettings on but it didn't return any values.  We have a custom application on over 2000+ devices that requires special routing with static IP addresses, and as part of our deployment QR codes I'd love to add that to the process so it does not have to be manually configured each time by our production team.  The goal is to remove any possibility of human error. The specific devices in question are Datalogic Memor10 and Samsung Tab E/A tablets. Thanks

    Script to log-out and clear passcode on shared device

    Hey Guys, we're looking for an Script command to log-off from a shared Device and also clear the passcode. We have a few Devices with an activated shared-Device Option. After the Users logs in, the Device is moved to an other Group and the User has to set up a passcode. Now we want to display a "logoff-Script" inside our Kiosk-mode where the user can log-off from the shared Device and also clear the passcode any suggestions? kind regards

    rotiation mode in lockdown / screen timout Solved Locked

    Hi, i have 2 problems which i cannot solve. The device i use is a samsung galaxy x cover pro with android 10. Frist i want to fix the rotation mode to portrait. But every setting and every script doens't work. I set the setting "screen rotation" off in the profile "security in the "settings manager" or sent a skript like: writeprivateprofstring RcOrientationFix <manufacturer>_<model> <value>-manufacturer is from android.os.Build.MANUFACTURER("ro.product.manufacturer") and falling back to android.os.Build.BRAND("ro.product.brand") if manufacturer is "unknown" -model is from android.os.Build.MODEL("ro.product.model") -value is one of: public static final String DIRECTION_CLOCKWISE = "CW"; public static final String DIRECTION_COUNTER_CLOCKWISE = "CCW"; public static final String DIRECTION_COUNTER_NONE = "NONE"; public static final String DIRECTION_UPSIDEDOWN = "UPSIDEDOWN";UserExample: writeprivateprofstring RcOrientationFix Honeywell_CT60 CW For screen timeout i need the setting, that timeout in every time is after 30 minutes. I set the setting "screen timeout configure by user" off in the settings manager and the setting screen timeout in "authentification" on 30 Minutes. Is there anybody who can help me? Regards!

    Agent Upgrade Enabled - Device Action Not Available

    Hello, We just upgraded our on prem MobiControl server from 14.1 to 15.2 Under the device actions for each device, I am not seen "Enable Agent Upgrade" when I AM seeing "Disable Agent Upgrade" I have verified  that I am in the correct Admin groups and have full control on all device groups  What do I need to do to see this device action?

    MobiControl - Main Battery Status Icons

    Hi, Just looking to confirm the icon reference for the Main Battery Status column.  I think I know the answer but wanted to be sure.  The battery icon that has the lightning bolt means that the battery has died?  When the battery gets below X percent does it check in to update the battery to that symbol?  Another user thought that means the device is charging but I don't believe that is the case.  See image below, thanks in advance!

    Hi!, Problem:    - I have a problem with google account identities status is "Account Activation Pendding" after successful enrollment.     - At MobiControl WebConsole show log "Error message received from device (Managed Google Play Account Status:'EMPTY_TOKEN Got response but there was no token!')"                         - At device show "Pending Actions" Google account Completing configuration for your Work Profile                                                                   *** Before that, I had a device that was successfully registered. Without any problems    * Addition detail       - I set up device and install Mibicontrol from "afw#mobicontrol" before final success set up device complete

    Lost Location feature after Server migration

    Aloha, We recently migrated our server from onsite to SOTI cloud. During this move, we are not able to view any devices using the locations feature. All my setting are set correctly. We have a data collection rule for our GPS history and the data is being collected, we just can't view anything. Has anyone encountered this problem? Mahalo for your time.     No AD connection when using Lockdown on Windows 10 Tablet

    Hi, I have configured a lockdown on a Zebra Windows 10 Tablet and enrolled it using Windows classic (Zebra recommends Classic for this device) When using lockdown, it doesn't acknowledge the AD. You only have "local users". Any idea, why there is not AD available? When not using lockdown, AD works fine. Thanks for your ideas.

    Zebra TC51 Android Managed

    Hi there we want to enroll Zebra TC51 as AE Fully Managed Devices. But when device is enrolled there's a always coming an action: On our Nokia devices it isn't.
