Hello, I have downloaded MobiControl Agent for Top System device (Lydia) and installed. When I start it, give the server adress, then comes certificate error an no connection. Do I have to use a MCSetup.ini file from somewhere or something ? Many thanks! Michal
Hi, We decommission old devices off the Soti server. We wipe, unenroll and delete them. We need to stop these devices from being enrolled again or with permission from an administrator. Is this possible. Regards,
Hi, We are currently testing some Honeywell CT40 devices (android 9 OS) The device have a SIM card with data, but during enrollment it couldn't contact our Mobi server. As soon as I put it on wifi it connected to it and enrolled. I've also verified in the Mobi app, when you remove the Wifi and turn into network data there's SSL handshake errors and it get's disconnected. The server is currently running with a SHA-1 certificate. We are expecting to update this soon, as were updating our fleet of devices. Why there isn't SSL handshakes errors on Wifi and only on network data ? Thanks,

Hi Support I Have been design Device Enrollment for my Clients but i have some issue i cant find out My Device : ZEBRA ET51 Android OS 9.1 Mobicontrol Server version Version: 15.0.2.1049 Mobicontrol Client version 14.2.1 Build 1083 1. I use Mobistage Setup and create XML File to use with MX Script on SOTI Mobixontrol 2. I want to use MX Script as Profile Enrollment step because of when ZEBRA ET51 have been enrolled to Mobicontrol server and got XML FILE (from Mobistage) via File Sync rules 3. I want to MXScript to execute XMl File 4. How to do mxscript as profile

Hi, is it possible to set permissions for specific group? I want to manage only 1 device group for specific administrator but this account shouldn't see other device group (not view not manage). He should see and manage only 1 specific device group. Thanks
Does anyone know where this list populates from? It shows when I select files to add to the package. I'd like to clear it out and I've searched the reg and text files for a string from it. I've had no luck. MobiControl Package Studio 14.4.1 build 196 for zebra mc55X (WinCE) devices . Thanks !

Devices with OS as Windows Embedded CE 6.0 are trying to connect to the deployment server but they are getting reset and not showing up on the Management Console. Below is the log for the same. I'm using whitelist in application run control and I have been able to successfully whitelist a few apps, however one of the apps will not appear despite it being installed on the phone. Is there anything I can try to make this appear? Also, is it possible to force apps to appear on the first home screen? I've added some system apps and there appear here, however I have a webclip and this appears on the second screen.
Hello Everyone I create a new agent to my device Zebra TC720L Android 8.1, Im using the android fo work option (downloaded from play store) because the server version is not compatible with the device. I can installed and configure it but when I tried to remote control I just have the option. I created many agents with different options but I got the same result. I copy the agent for other sites with the same characteristics and the other devices are working normally but this device shows the same "Remote view" I checked the scanner ans it shows like the following image. if you have an idea how I can solve it, It will very appreciated. Hello, I have a problem with propably lockdown ( Soti Mobicontrol ). When the lockdown is on, screen is blinking every a few minutes. It is look like lockdown want to reload/refresh. I removed all external links (for example JS/CSS/Img files ) and files reference from lockdown, because I thought that files refreshed and then reloaded lockdown. I don't idea where is the problem.. Without lockdown, it works well. Maybe this issue appear when the devices lost connection to the internet and then connect? Then the lockdown try to reload screen or something.
