    Out of Contact Policy is not applying to device Solved Locked

    For some reason, when configuring a Out of Contact policy in my Package Configuration, it won't install to the device. See image. This is on SOTI server 14.4.1.1195, agent version 14.3.0.1000, Android 8.1. I've tried revoking the profile and re-installing it, rebooting, factory resetting and re-enrolling, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Windows CE device not showing up in Management Console v14

    Hi All, I am facing an issue after upgrading to v14. Devices with OS as Windows Embedded CE 6.0 are trying to connect to the deployment server but they are getting reset and not showing up on the Management Console. Below is the log for the same. Please help me resolve this.     XML configuration for Outlook app for iOS? Solved Locked

    Hi, i try to install the outlook app for iOS with an initial konfiguration so that the user only need to enter the password to use the app. i'm using the "configuration command" field and the following XML. <dict><key>com.Microsoft.Outlook.EmailProfile.EmailAccountName</key><string>company Exchange</string><key>com.Microsoft.Outlook.EmailProfile.Email</key><string>%ENROLLEDUSER_EMAIL%</string><key>com.Microsoft.Outlook.EmailProfile.EmailUPN</key><string>%ENROLLEDUSER_USERNAME%</string><key>com.Microsoft.Outlook.EmailProfile.ServerHostName</key><string>mail.company.com</string></dict> but i don't work...can anybody help with this?

    SOTI Generate text file on devices

    Is it possible to systematically create a text file with a device attribute such as serial number to a device folder? we use SOTI v13.4 soon to move to V14.4.  The devices will vary by model but should be on android version 6 to 9.

    MobiControl run/kill APK Solved

    Hi there, i installed a custom application which changes the background/lockscreen image. Installation with MCPS works fine. Now i want to start/kill the application via script but i think i'm doing it wrong. Application: BackgroundChanger.apk <-> BackgroundChanger.pkg I found: kill_application BackgroundChanger start BackgroundChanger Do i have to add something because nothing is happening.

    Galaxy Tab Active 2 - Previous app being killed when switching to a different app Solved Locked

    Hi all I am aware based on 2 previous postings of this issue and noticed that Soti themselves responded saying it would be fixed in a future agent version update, however since then for the above devices (SM-T395) running Android 9.0 when switching between apps whilst in lockdown the apps are being killed when switched meaning the user is logged out and has to start afresh. This is causing issues with some of our apps and our users are growing frustrated and is causing more support calls to us. The last time the issue was reported was back in August with someone asking what the issue was and was there any update to the fix? Can anyone advise when this is going to be fixed as we currently have in excess of 150 people using this model of tablet with this issue that have further issues caused by Soti killing the apps. Any ideas when this will finally be fixed? Agent versions ranging from 14.0 to 14.1 currently on our tablets. Thanks

    Widget for Cisco Anycconnect in the Lockdown screen?

    Hi, Anyone know if it's possible to add/deploy the widget for the Anyconnect app to the Soti Loackdown screen on a Android device (EDA51)? It could be nice on a Kiosk device to easily see the VPN status and have the possibility to switch it on or off :-) Br, Thomas

    Bluetooth not working when in Managed Device mode. Solved Locked

    Hi,  I'm trying connect a Zebra TC77 to a handsfree kit and it's not pairing.  I've tried connecting the device to my laptop and my laptop produces a prompt for me to check matches on the device but on the device the is no prompt presented.  Any suggestions?  Thanks  Josh.

    Re-building deployment server

    Hi, Greetings! Our current deployment server is quite old and planning to rebuild a new server, with latest SOTI application. I would like to have some advise on how to move, with minimum effort to have a completely fresh deployment server. Below are the details of the current and expected environment: Current: Server: Windows 2008 R2SOTI version: 12.4.0. 30812Devices managing: Honeywell Android devices, Intermec CT5x Windows devices, Samsung and Huawei Mobile devicesIP and FQDN: Primary is hostname. Secondary is a public ip address statically routed to the internal server from firewall.Certificates: self signed.Database: SQL 2008 Expected: Server: Windows 2016SOTI Version: 14.0.0.162Devices to manage: all the above, plus iOS devicesIP: same above ip will be used, hostname will be changedCertificates: self signed I appreciate any handpicked advise for the above specific scenario.     İphone the app we installed removed from the device

    we push an application via app catalog. Some users complained that their app is uninstalled, also there is a profile that contains a webclip to let the user see the apps that can be installed. I don't understand why my mandatory installed app removed from the device. And web clip removed from the device.  Any help will be great

    VM3 Honeywell - Windows 10 ( 64bit )

    Hi , I'm unable to enable sync settings for this VM3 Honeywell Device which is running on OS Windows Enterprise 64bit , the reason i wanted to enable this function because advised by one of the technical team from SOTI where i'm not able to send packages ( I/O error ) This unit enrolled in Windows classic , but the packages successfully deploy whenever we restart the SQL / MS / DS services in MobiControl server.
