Hi, I am having an issue with multiple iphones, After enrolling in Mobicontrol and getting our app catalog on the device, attempting to install MobiControl the page sits on "installing" and never starts the download or install of the app. https://imgur.com/a/OWbIGbb MobiControl version 15.2.0.4819App version 13.4.2IOS version 14.4.2 - Iphone 11 Pro here is a part of the log that may be useful: [2021-05-10 13:51:48.332] INFO [General] (141): Incoming request [2670]: https://apple.alsco.com.au/mc/mdm/appcatalog/manage/00008030-00142DA42206802E/net.soti.mobicontrol[2021-05-10 13:51:48.347] WARN [General] (246): Expected thread to have device identity with ids: 100001694, '00008030-00142DA42206802E' but was 'Service'.[2021-05-10 13:51:48.347] WARN [General] (246): Raising alert DeviceUserRequestedApplicationInstallation. Just got a new server build with Windows Server 2016 and trying to install Soti Mobicontrol. But get .NET Core error even thus is has been installed. any idea how to fix this?
Every once in a while, I will receive the following error message when trying to enroll a Windows 10 desktop. Looks like lots of different potential reasons online but none conclusive. Anyone else run into this issue and what is normally done to solve it? I've had this happen to 3+ workstations, with know reason as to why this is failing. Any thoughts?
Hi, When I trying to load SOTI ASSIST web console after an install, I will encounter an "Authorization failed. Please contact your administrator." Any idea how can I resolve this? Also the soti assist page forward me to here: https://FQDNservername/mobicontrol/oauth/error/InternalServerError and no error log in SOTI Assist Administration Utility. And also I check the MobiControl Rest API URL in this file <SA Install folder>/Server/Config/RestAPI.config and all is correct. By the way, SOTI mobicontrol runs normally without errors. Kind regards: Adam
My Problem is, that my Device says the Package is Installed. The Thing is I don´t find it on the device or in the app. It´s the first time Im trying this out, thats why I took an apk document from the phone, put it in Package Studio and then add it to the Packages. At the end I did a Profile with the Package inside and connecting it to the one device Im trying on. After that Im tried to Force reinstall, but now it stucks in that mode. So how can I install the App corectly that it really Install the Package and dont just says I did it and he didnt done it?
I'm encountering an error when deploying my app package "Failed to install application null from package". I have 15 phones. 14 are Nokia's and one is a Samsung Galaxy XCover 4. On the Nokia's everything works fine, the package installs. On the Samsung it fails. The devices are set up for Android for Work and enrolled in Soti as Android Plus devices. I have enabled "Unknown Sources", and there is no Google Play Protect on the phone. The phone is running Android 7.0. Has anyone come across this error before?
Do I have to uninstall my existing Android App, everything I want to deploy a package with an updated APK in MobiControl? Here's my workflow: 1. Factory Reset Nokia 8 Android 8.0.1 phone and set up with Android for Work (afw#mobicontrol) and enroll in MobiControl. 2. Build my Android APK, create a Package, and assign Package to Phone 3. Confirm app is up and running 4. Make a change to my Android APK, create new Package 5. Remove old package from Profile and add new Package 6. Save and Assign to phone 7. Install fails with File IO Error Current workaround: 1. Remove old app on phone by looking at Applications in MobiControl, finding the app and clicking remove 2. Redeploy new Package. The problem is that by uninstalling the existing app I am loosing a database that I need to maintain and this is alsoa long and painful process for 60+ phones. Am I missing something here? Thanks, Ciaran
