Missing "Forget This Network" Option After iOS 18 Upgrade

Hi everyone, After upgrading the OS from iOS 16 to iOS 18, many of our iPhone users have reported that the "Forget This Network" option has disappeared (see the below screenshots), making it impossible to remove unwanted Wi-Fi networks from their devices. Our devices are managed through MobiControl version 2025.1.0, and agent version is 2025.0.0. We have a Profile assigned to those devices where it automatically join connect them to our WiFi (see below). Is this a bug introduced by iOS or something related to MobiControl? Please help as I have tried finding the articles outside SOTI and couldn't find any solution.

    MobiControl Installation Issues Solved

Hi Everyone, I did an installation of MobiControl OnPremise v15.6.4After the Installation I am running into some issues. I installed the components like this: The Management Service is installed on a server in the LAN. Database and Deployment Server are running on a server in the DMZ.  Now I am running into the following issues: Do you got any idea how I can fix the "proxy authentication necessary" issue? My customer is using a proxy server to access the internet. We already configured this Proxy under Global Settings --> Global Proxy in the Web Console. The SOTI Services are unreachable and everything else is green. I didn't try to enroll a device into MobiControl because it should be impossible due to the unreachable services. It is planned to enroll Android devices only. As always thanks for your help!

Is there a script out there that can be used to forget WIFI?

I am looking for a way to forget a device's wifi networks. (clear them). Do any scripts exist to help out with this? the other possible solution would be a script to reset network settings on the device. If someone knows of any helpful scripts please let me know!

    Change Network port to McEnrollmentSrv:443

Hi All, We have just installed a 2nd deployment server for our externally android devices. I can see that we are connection from the device to the server on 2 different ports. copied from MCSetup.ini DeploySvr1=Serveraddress:5494 MCEnrollmentSvr1=Serveraddress:443 The issue is that our Network department aren't happy that we will use port 443 for or MCEnrollmentSvr1 - End they would like us to change the port. But when i look in MobiControl Administration Utility i can't find MCEnrollmentSrv.  If i look in the Deployment Server menu, port 443 is mention under Device Management Address and Management Service Address, but the server address are not the same as the MCEnrollmentSvr1 in the configuration file on the device.

Is it possible to change the network name via SOTI?

Hello everybody, I have the CC6000 tablets from Zebra here. We have a standard for naming devices in our network. Currently they are displayed on the DHCP server with android23ab23ab23ab, for example. But I would like to rename it to ZebraDevice01 for example. Is there a function to do this directly via SOTI or possibly via a script command? I have already tried to do this via the developer options. Unfortunately, this is not possible on the tablets. In addition, given the number of devices, that would be very tedious. Thank you for your help.Pascal
