When will the skin for the Note 8's be functional - I am unable to use the HTML remote control, keeps using the legacy plugin which I am unable to do anything on this phone.
We sent our request to Samsung and received an answer - due to a skins issue when you remote into the NOTE 8
1. You must be in an app or not on the home screen to do this
2. Unpin the navigation bar - to do this you must double tap the DOT (next to the task manager) at the bottom left hand side of screen.
3. Everything works wonderfully.
