With Soti SURF:
Download document from our company website results in "Download Failed"
Download document from any other site, works fine
With Google Chrome:
Download document from where-ever works fine (also from our intranet)
there are several topics on this, from long ago OR very recent, but I cannot find any solution.
Please provide the version and build numbers of your device agent, as well as of your MobiControl server.
Please also provide information about the options/parameters you've configured for the "Soti Surf" profile payload deployed to your problematic device(s)?
This concerns an uptodate 15.2 environment.
But this clearly has nothing to do with the issue as you can find several topics, related to this issue, dated from 2018 to today.
Concering various versions from 13.* to ...
We do NOT block downloads = proof as this works from other sites.
Everything works fine, as long as it is NOT related to our intranet/Sharepoint.
