Hi,
I have SOTI Surf configured and in my site I have an option to download a PDF file.
But everytime I click on download button it downloads the file as a TXT.
If I access the same site in Chrome I can download PDF file.
Any idea how can I fix this?

I had a similar problem with one of our SAP web application. In my case, the pdf files were not downloaded.
Maybe with the new release of MC (2024.1) you can try with another user-agent for Soti Surf.
I end up using Chrome for that web application. If you use Google Managed Playstore, you can create a web application for that.

For downloading PDF files from SOTI Surf, please ensure that the choices highlighted in the below image are toggled on and enabled in your Surf settings.
