Hello all, we used soti mobicontrol on version v15.5.1, device are Zebras TC78 under android 13 with agent entreprise -> 2024.0.4.1056 I have a website on 3w, where our device try to connect. If i open the web site with google chrome and connect with login pwd all work If i try with soti surf (last version downloaded) and do the same i have an error like this : The action you have request is not allowed. Host xxxxxxx request POST status code 403 If i do the same with our old device Zebra TC75 under android 7.1.2 and soti surf on version v15 5 1 8 all work i can join the site and connect .. Anyone have idea ? on lock down i try to open the web site with this parameter but same result: surf:// xxxxxx Custom surfs://xxxxx After some search, i 've find it's a request POST and we need to configure on soti mobicontrol but our version is old .. Someone can confirm this ? or there is another solution ? Thanks a lot
Hi, we are using SOTI Surf with Zebra ET45 Tablets in our production environment where we are running a SAP application inside the SOTI Surf. When you Dock the tablet the Website refreshes and terminates the login. Is there any setting related to this? I think it might have something to do with the zoom and that the browser wants to fit the new screen that is connected to the docking station. Love to hear your thoughts best regards Manuel
Hi, We tried to test installing Soti Surf on a Windows 10 Pro device and the display always appears as in the picture even though we have pushed the Surf profile to the device. Mobicontrol Version : 2025.0.0 1032 thanks
I am able to sign in to Office.com and access Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. But, when I open SharePoint it sits on a login page for a bit before bringing me back to the "Pick an account" screen and says "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." I'm using a Galaxy Tab Active Pro running Android 11.
Hi, I have about 400 devices that work as a price checkers in stores. SOTI Surf is being used with kiosk mode enabled. Now my client asks me to install a screensaver on these devices, while they are not being used. They want to show a list of videos(.mp4 or .mov) and images(.jgg, .png, or.jpeg) in loop. Any idea how can I do this? SOTI has any feature to configure screen saver? Thanks. Hi, I have SOTI Surf configured and in my site I have an option to download a PDF file. But everytime I click on download button it downloads the file as a TXT. If I access the same site in Chrome I can download PDF file. Any idea how can I fix this? Thanks.
Hi, previously I have configured SOTI Surf with one custom attribute in the following format and it's working fine. https://test.com/SOTI/Default.aspx?StoreCode=%CustomAttr:StoreCode% If I set the custom attribute in one of my devices to 0301 the link is: https://test.com/SOTI/Default.aspx?StoreCode=0301 Now I need to do the same, but the custom attribute needs to be in the middle of the URL. In the following format: https://test%CustomAttr:StoreCode%/soti/login.aspx I need the link to be: https://test0301/soti/login.aspx When I try to add this link I got an error that "The string is not a well-formed URL" Anyone knows how can I override this error?
Good day everyone, I've got a lockdown webpage problem, here i have 2 scenarios: case #1 Publishing the app ("launch" function in the lockdown) the webpage get open correctly. case #2 Publishing the page only ("http" function in the lockdown) the webpage open zoommed in.I would prefer to use case #2 in order to avoid users to have urlbar and browsers menu. Any idea how to fix it in case #2 ? Any way to force zoom in the command or disabling zoom in the lockdown? p.s "browser" function work same as launch so discarded.

Hi,Anyone else are having issues with soti surf?Seems like after latest agent soti surf acts weird. I`m trying to open one page in kiosk mode. After reboot device acts normal for few secs and after that opens blank page that shows nothing.
Hi Is there a way to clear soti surf cache when use launches SURF from Lockdown ? If foudn an article describing to use this : sendinfo net.soti.action.surf clearcache BUT how can I attach this sendinfo command to the lockdown item launching SURF ? thx.
Hi community, I'm using SOTI Surf on TC57X with Android Enterprise. (SOTI MobiControl 15.3.2.1072) When i open the camera dialog via Surf i've to choose between Camera and Data. When i use Chrome the Camera App opens automatically. Is there any way to configure this?

I have a profile setup for Soti Surf that enables kiosk mode and does nothing else. Surf kiosk mode ends up hiding the status bar and you have to pull down from the top to make it visible for a few moments. This gets awkward with Surfs pull down to refresh the page function. I've played around with the application settings for Surf but I cannot make the status bar always visible. This happens across multiple devices, CT60, CK75, and Samsung Active Tab 2. Is there a way to make the status bar always visible in Surf's kiosk mode?
