Hi,
we are using SOTI Surf with Zebra ET45 Tablets in our production environment where we are running a SAP application inside the SOTI Surf. When you Dock the tablet the Website refreshes and terminates the login. Is there any setting related to this? I think it might have something to do with the zoom and that the browser wants to fit the new screen that is connected to the docking station.

It sounds like you could benefit from Zebra's Workstation Connect software which would allow you to control numerous behaviors on the device when it is docked and undocked. Workstation Connect however requires Mobility DNA Enterprise licensing on the "Professional" / value tier devices like the ET45. I am not 100% sure it would solve this specific problem but all configurability of the Zebra devices during docking and undocking events is behind Workstation Connect, which requires a license in your situation.
Upon further research into this it would appear that the application that you're leveraging would also need to have it's manifest updated to suppress refreshes during the docking events. You would therefore need either Surf or Chrome to be updated with this option, or migrate to an alternative browser.

So, do I just send this command as a script to a device?

This is not an external configuration that I provided, but a code snippet. You'd need to submit a feature request to SOTI.
