Xtreme Hub - Synchronizing not working

Hi,

we currently have a test installation for Xtreme Hub running since several weeks.
It seems the hub is only synchronizing those files which are used on the currently connected scanners.

If you connect a scanner with a new app to be used or a new file sync rule, then the hub tries to sync that at that time. Out of a sudden this is not working anymore. I have already checked the access rights, the firewalls, the logs - but nothing wired so far - any idea? Maybe I have missed something to set !?
