Hello,
could you please help me. I just setup on my test server file sync where I would like to copy lifeguard update to Zebra MC33 and run it with post script.
Problem is that when I press file sync on device - Mobicontrol agent on scanner goes to offline/online/offline...and nothing happend (no file is copied to the sdcard folder) :-/.
It isnt working automaticaly or by manual push.

There is a bug with File Sync rules in MC 15.3. There is a newer patch available that fixes this bug, or alternatively you can sync by folder instead of syncing by file and it will apparently work. Meaning, place the LG ZIP in a folder of its own and then select that folder when building your File Sync rule so that it will sync the contents of the folder.

I may be wrong but it looks like its a zip file that you want to sync so need to unzip it first
