Hi there,
we have updating Soti Mobicontrol to Version 15.5 and after this we can't go to the Serverpage (old console view). We got only a blank page and nothing happens.
We test different browser, cleare the cache and try other users. On the Testsystem with the same update it works fine...
Has anyone the same problems?

Have you checked you have all the required .NET 4.x and 3.x runtime libraries installed?
Also, what java runtime libraries are you using on your server?

thanks for your answer. We have the same packages install like at the testserver (there works the function fine).

It seems that you do not have .NET 4.8 and latest update installed on your server, do you?
Also, is this a totally new installation and not an upgrade from an earlier v15.x version?

i habe reinstall the Software for Version 15.5 and after this it works fine. I think by the first installation was error or so..

Also a thing that i would mention for updating on premise installs is that,
for us somehow the best experience for all past updates was to uninstall mobicontrol from the system and then install the new version.
