Is there any way to block / disable access to the guest account that is located in the notification menu ?. The client does not want to activate a lockdown, just hide the applications that are not required (Android +)

Lockdown menu or sometimes application-run-control may be the indirect approach to disallow end-user from adding guest accounts. A more direct approach is to use "Disable multi-user" option in feature control. However, this option is supported by very few OEM brand device firmware via corresponding MobiControl Android+ device agent of the OEM brand. Unfortunately, most, if not all, of the brands you showed in your post do not seem to support this feature-control option.
