HTML 5 Remote Control - Event code 1000: WebSocket closed normally.

We seem to be having more and more issues with Remote Control HTML 5 of Android devices. When we use the classic remote control things are fine, but on the HMTL5 version we often get:

Event code 1000: WebSocket closed normally.

Wondered if anyone has seen similar issue or knows the cause? We are MC on-prem 13.3.0.3454

Can you please check if device not loosing WIFI connectivity?

Check if it's happening with specific agent version? try using latest agent and see the status?

Try changing browser also.

Seems to happen in both Edge and Chrome, device has connectivity because it can be remote controlled by classic remote control, but not HTML5.

We seem to have some diverse agents being used, trying to see if there is a pattern but not obvious!

Wonder what "WebSocket closed normally" is implying? Tried looking at logs from device agent but no obvious clues there either. :(

Hi Dean,

I was wondering if you discovered a solution to this problem.

We have the same issue with HTML remotingm while legacy remote control works fine.

@Dan I'm afraid not. We've just been using legacy remote control. The html5 hasn't worked for us for over a year now.
