Hi everybody.
On one of our MobiControl environments we experience the problem that HTML5-RemoteControl is not working while the RC-FullClient does.
I know that the way of communication between these two possibilities is slightly different.
Can anybody explain how communication works with HTML5-RC between Management-Server, Deployment-Server, workstation and mobile device?

The issue is resolved.
Cause: The certificate on the Deployment Server under "Deployment Server" has to be the MobiControl signed certificate.
Unfortunately we replaced it by an offically signed VeriSign certificate. After correcting this issue HTML5 RC works as expected.
The offically signed certificate only needs to be placed under "Deployment Server Extensions".
