i can't seem to get the Remote control on our Motorola devices
i checked to install the Motorola Plugin but when i try to install the plugin on the devices i get the message that there's nothing to install.
From the Supported API's field shown in your screenshot, I reckon you can start remote view without problem.
As there is message saying there is no relevant plug-in for your device, there is virtually no chance that any new plug-in supporting RC can be installed onto your device. I do not have any Motorola E6 Plus device and therefore cannot check further, and I am not sure what BiltFire RC is. Based on the name, it should be an API for supporting remote-control, though it MIGHT be incorrectly detected/enabled and might not be the right API for your device. . You might try running the script
retryrcdetection
restartagent
to see if the support API list get changed, after which RC session can be run successfully.
I checked the AER device web-page at https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices/?_ga=2.252999424.889791812.1683472060-2026419013.1672901166#!?manufacturer=motorola and could not find your device model. For better feature support and smoother AE deployment, choosing a device model that is on the AER list is always recommended.

I tried everything i know but nothing works on those devices.
