Auto logout shared device when device is turned off for a set period of time

Hi,

We are currently seeking a solution to automatically log out users from shared device mode when a device is turned off for a specified period of time, while still maintaining their logged-in status.

Although we have enabled the option to log out after an hour of inactivity, we’ve encountered an issue: this feature does not trigger when the device is powered off.  This means if someone else grabs the device the next day, they can still user the account that was logged in before.

We do not want to use the automatically logout after a set period of time, because this is causing unwanted logging out when the device is in use.

Regarding your issue, I have checked the feasible option." Logout automatically after a set period" is the best option and you can set a certain period of time to logout the device as mentioned below.

If you still require assistance, I suggest creating a support case, as the issue you mentioned—where this feature does not trigger when the device is powered off—will need further investigation. Logs will be required to troubleshoot the issue in detail
