I can not see the alert that must trigger after exceeding the threshold value parameter. knowing that the data consumption is found both on the terminal, and on the report of this type
What did you set for your telecom plan policy (group or individual plan, voice/data ,start date, billing cycle, etc.)? And your thresholds?
What are the thresholds set and value reported?
Did you use the same rule settings for the same device before upgrade to iOS 12.1? Did you get your alert back then?

for the data plan, I put a threshold of 0.1 GB = 100 MB, I'd like to announce that it worked only once after upgrade of the device to Ios 12, but after that never wanted to work.
To know that I give each time the statistics of data consumption to 0.
