Hello everyone,
we are using SOTI V14.3.3 and would like to administrate Android 11 devices.
However, I cannot install any packages. We always get the message: "Installation failed, Invalid platform" Platform and Version is set correctly.
Profiles work correctly.
Does anybody have the same Problem?

we have found the mistake. The client version was too "old" we had version 13.8 to set it up and it no longer works with A11. We have now used version 15.1.3 and everything is working again.
Thanks for the tip about the version in the package. We have already noticed that... unfortunately not so nice to change it afterwards.

When creating a package from scratch, the default OS Versions is v2.0 - 10.0.
I don't believe there is any way to update this via the UI. The package with the same APK/Scripts will require re-uploading, with the Version String (For version control) and OS Version number increased.
I'm not sure if there is a way to work backwards from a package file downloaded via the UI and opened within MCStudio.
