Hello All,
I've been trying to deploy SOTI Surf 15.6.0 to a Zebra MC93 (Android 11) but without success. The error message is "Package "net.soti.surf" version 15.6.0 Build 7 failed to install. Incompatible platform / processor / OS".
I'm working with SOTI Mobicontrol 15.6.0.1018.
Any hint?

are you installing it with an Policy over the Playstore or with an Profile Downloaded APK ?
I have it installed with an Policy over the Playstore on an TC52x with A11 lastest Relase and i had there no Problem.
I'm installing with a Profile Downloaded APK.
I've been doing that same way for previous Android version without any problems.
Firstly, check on your target device to confirm that there is sufficient free storage space for the new app.
Secondly, check if the problem is related to app permissions of your device agent on Android 11, which has tightened scoped-storage restrictions on various file system folders imposed by Google. This is briefly mentioned in a Soti article at
You might need to grant missing permissions, or upgrade the device agent binary.
What are the version and build numbers of your device agent?
Your v13.9.x agent seems a bit outdated. Please try to upgrade the device agent to the latest v15.3 on ONE test device and check the app permissions and Soti-Surf app deployment again.
