Did you perform the upgrade yourself?   Have you checked if all enrolled devices are still under control?

yes,we are doing , we roll back again 15.4,have you encounter any other client

We haven't encountered similar problem in any of our servers.  Your problem might be related to the way how you perforrmed your upgrade.

we have re-run the installer of 15.6 as we doing regularly, we have done 2-3 time in pre prod enviroment ,any specific step you want cross verify/suggestion

Hi VJ, we once had the same problem in one of our environments.

The issue was, there were missing server information in the DB table dbo.ServerInfo.

I suggest to reach out to SOTI support to repair this table.
