Not that I'm aware of. It's relatively rare to encounter a requirement for static IPs of mobile devices these days, I don't envy your position.

Hi Matt, thank you, I imagined.

How sad, I will configure and maintenance some 600 tablets, every one with a static IP (security/firewall issues).

@AlPhil

I feel your pain, it would be great if we could do this via the Profiles > configurations > WiFi.

Had to setup 100 devices with StaticIP for a customer earlier this year..

@Matt

You should work with people here in NZ, my favourite response to using DHCP is "it ain't broke, so you figure it out" <-- FUN times! Most companies we are dealing with, are in that transition from WM/CE devices to Android and their IT team just aren't willing to change their ways...

This is an issue i am struggling with right now from CE/WM to android.

my plan is to work with out Tech services team to have IP reservations in the DHCP servers.

I would suggest trying to peel back the layers on why static IPs were implemented in the first place, rather than just trying to bring forward legacy concepts from Windows CE. We're static IPs used "for security reasons" to only allow access for specific devices? If that is the case, then why not try a more advanced authentication type that is supported by the Android devices now? Was the reason instead so that you could identify which device was which based on IP address? If that is the case there are so many other uniquely identifying properties collected and reported for the devices to go off of.
