Can you provide bit more information about device model, os, agent version and mc version?

Is the device still connecting to your server? Can you see it online on the webconsole?

Based on your device os there could be few things you can check. For example the agent.
Is the agent still up to date? Is it outdated?

Have you tried to restart the device or tried to enter the admin mode on the device.

Can you see something in the device logs?

There is no script for removing profile for a single device, though it is possible to use REST api call to do so with any development tool/framework supporting RESTful api's.  However, if your device is out of control for some particular reason (e.g. buggy agent/device firmware, incompatibilty between agent & server, corrupted database or buggy server, etc.) then using a REST api will have the same problem as what you get using web-console UI.

If you cannot successfully  initiate various actions (e.g. unlock/lock, reset PIN, check-in, etc.)  on the device of interest, or the device last status update time remains unchanged for extended period of time, then it is possible that your device gets out of control (e.g. due to un-enrollment initated by device user, or even device wiped, etc.) if it isn't powered off or offline during the test period,  .   If you have other device(s) of the same model/firmware and agent version, check if you have similar problem for such device(s). If so, then the problem is likely related to device firmware/agent version and/or their compatibility with your server.

Hi Ligin,

Thanks for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff,

As Raymond suggested, we don't have a script to remove profile from one device. Could you provide us more details on the issue. Which enrollment is it ? what method is used to enroll a device ? and Is there any conflict in enrollment type and profile created ?
