I think you need to first identify what is causing the removal. Is it driven by the devices being moved between folders or is it driven by the filter criteria no longer applying? Or something else? We can't help you reverse the procedure without any context to understand why the Profile removal is now pending.
thank you for your time Matt, i believe i have resolved it. it was indeed a folder situation
