I have a list of approx 150 devices that we need to remove a profile from. Is there a way to do this via script to avoid having to go to each device individually or searching for the device manually in the assign section of the profile?

There is no MobiControl specific server-side script that you can use. However, you can achieve what you want partially by using either
1. MobiControl REST API's
2. Profile filter
There might be another way to accomplish the same goal as well. You could possibly create another group, maybe even a subfolder of their existing group, and then unassign the specific profile to the subgroup. Moving the group of devices into the subgroup will remove the assigned profile but will leave all the other profiles assigned as they should inherit automatically to the subgroup.
