Losing connection

We are experiencing issues with ipads not keeping their configurations perodically without any sort of cause. Apps will disappear and authentication issues occur. Log files aren't providing any useful information. Any assistance or shared knowledge of this beviour would be appreciated.

You should have provided the followiing information before any responsible and reliable expert can give any useful tips or share any experience:

  • Version and build numbers of your MobiControl server and device agent(s)
  • Cloud or on-premises MobiControl server instance
  • Enrollment mode(s) and OS version(s) of the problematic device(s)
  • details of the problems (e.g. what policies, how frequent, how constitent/repeatable is the problem across device platforma/brands/models/OS vers/agent vers, etc.) 
  • screenshots of server/device log mesages
