IOS Devices - Cofiguration Lost

Hello,

in our system some IOS devices (10 to 15) lost the connection to Soti Mobicontrol.

All Profiles, Apps, Rules and Configurations are deleted from the device.

The devices also lost the wifi connection. Just the backgroud isn't changed.

Mobicontrol Version:  15.4.1.4828

IOS Versions: 14.4.1 - 15.1.1

I have opened a ticket, but maybe someone here has an idea.

Were the problematic devices enrolled as supervised devices?  Were they added into ADE (Automated Device Enrollment, previously known as  DEP (Device Enrollment Program) , of your company account managed within Apple Business/School Manager Portal?

The devices are supervised devices and they added with DEP into Soti.
