Some iPhones have been wiped and deleted from Mobicontrol and then from Apple Business, however we have found that some have not had their profiles removed. I have connected to Wi-Fi but the device is not reappearing in the Mobicontrol console. Is it possible to remove the profile now? Factory reset and unenrol is disabled on the devices.
Had the problematic devices been powered off or offline for an exceptionally long period of time during which the wipe/delete device actions request were initiated from the web console?
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
What policy did you configure to disable factory reset?
Sorry for the lack of response. I was able to wipe the device successfully in iTunes.
