Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could help we've launched a webpage for our drivers. When they enter a time they start work Soti crashes complesetly
2025-07-15 09:31:02.922|DefaultDispatcher-worker-4|E|DO|[net.soti.comm.n] Invalid message signature. Can not get message type. Return unknown.|
This is the error that comes up, there is more if people need it. Has anyone ever had this issue?

i think this is a too special case where too many unknown factors come along we don't know of and can't help from community side.
I recommend to open a support case at Soti in this regard as i don't think a simple website input made can cause such an issue on local app(s) so I'm pretty sure there's more behind it where someone needs to have a close look, live testing and taking logs and so on.
